The Philippine Standard Time Act of 2013 or RA 10535 was officially implemented, December 20, 15 days after the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) were published.

Cybercrime? Republic Act No. 10175 Already Signed by PNoy!
Bashing and bullying on twitter and facebook or on any sites in the internet if proven guilty by the court, may put doers behind cold iron bars.
President Aquino on Wednesday signed Republic Act 10175 otherwise known as "Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012." An act defining cybercrime, providing for the prevention, investigation, suppression and the imposition of penalties therefor and for other purposes.
It was also reported that an "Office of Cybercrime" within the Department of Justice will be established purposely to oversee the implementation and enforcement of the aforementioned act, while the NBI and PNP will be creating cybercrime unit for the same purpose.

Obvious political ads on TV?!!! Months from now, National and Local Elections in the Philippines is set on May 13, 2013 that's Monday. The Commission on Election (COMELEC) executed Resolution 9385 which was promulgated April 3, 2012 to guide the citizens and the politicians on the commission's Calendar of Activities for the 2013 Elections.
